Her main fields of expertise are Management, Strategic Business Development and Executive Search & Recruitment.

She worked for & with the following sectors: Aerospace, Automotive, Smart Technologies, Manufacture, Consumer Goods, Cosmetics, Fashion, Design, Hospitality, F&B, Tourism, Well-being, Luxury, Real estate, Government.

A champion of diversity, inclusion & belonging in the workplace, she values cross-cultural business training, learning & development, team leadership and mentoring.

Born and raised in French Polynesia -South Pacific, she studied in France, moved to the US and is a dual French/American citizen.

Head of Social Impact & Entrepreneurship

Marushka Hirshon is a nonprofit founder, for-profit founder, and community organizer with diversity, inclusion, sales & marketing expertise.

Marushka is the founder of South Pacific Islander Organization a 501(c)3 nonprofit focused on supporting Pacific Islander voices, cultures, and communities through leadership development, cultural revitalization, and community partnerships.

She is the co-founder of KULTURA, a digital magazine highlighting the next generation of culture creators. She previously worked at Stanford University as a Program Manager and at Oracle Corporation as a Solutions Consultant.

At Stanford, her work centered on diversity outreach and external relations, where she managed 100+ global events, created web and marketing material for 10,000+ alumni, and gave presentations on behalf of Stanford around the nation.

Marushka graduated from Stanford University with a B.S. in Science, Technology and Society with a focus in Environment and Sustainability. She was awarded a 2018 Stanford Student Affairs Team Impact Award and 2014 Stanford Award of Excellence.
